In-Hotel Benefits – General Terms and Conditions



In-hotel benefits are not offered if the reservation is made with an ineligible rate through a prepaid, third-party

channel, such as priceline.com, expedia.com, booking.com, orbitz.com, elong.com and delta.com.

Reservations made on eligible rates booked through a travel agent may be eligible for in-hotel benefits.

While a Newport premium rewards program member may earn complimentary stays for up to three rooms if he or she pays for all rooms and stays in one of them for the entire length of stay, it is only the one room occupied by the member that is eligible to receive any available in-hotel benefits. No in-hotel benefits apply to a second or third room on a member’s reservation.

A spouse, other family member, friend, associate, etc., cannot use a member’s account to access benefits or accumulate stay or night credits.

Room Upgrades

Members receive upgrades to enhanced rooms, subject to availability for the entire length of stay at time of check-in. Enhanced rooms are rooms on higher floors, corner rooms, newly renovated rooms and rooms with preferred views at time of check-in.

Discount on food and beverage on all hotel restaurants

Newport Premium Reward members receive a 15% discount on all food and beverage items purchased at Ocean Reef, Cappuccino’s, Coconuts Bar & Grill & Kitchen305. Does not include the lobby bar and the Pier Beach Bar

  • This benefit is limited to the member and one guest, as long as that guest is staying in the same room as the member.
  • A hotel may refuse access based on occupancy capacity availability.
  • If a lounge is closed for a holiday or weekend night, or if it’s closed for renovations, an alternate benefit may not be offered.

Discount at the Aveda Seven Seas Spa

Newport premium members receive a 25% discount on Spa treatments. This discount cannot be applied to any current specials or active promotions. If the Spa is closed for a holiday or weekend night, or if it’s closed for renovations, an alternate benefit may not be offered

  • This benefit is limited to the member and one guest only

Early check-in based on availability

Newport premium members can request an early check-in free of charge based upon availability. To better accommodate, a written request should be sent prior to arrival to our team at reservations@newportbeachsideresort.com

Guaranteed Room Availability

Premium members may use the benefit of guaranteed room availability when a hotel is sold out if the room is booked by 3 p.m. local time, 72 hours prior to arrival.

  • This benefit is limited to only one standard room occupied by the member.
  • Room-upgrade benefits do not apply.
  • The member must pay regular (RACK) rates.
  • Length-of-stay requirements must be met.

We believe you should have the opportunity to choose rewards that speak to you. Select from reward options ranging from 5% to 20% of the value of your stay. Mix them up or save them for later.
