Dedicated to creating an unforgettable event experience for every occasion, the Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort features 15,000 square feet of Miami conference center and meeting space. Our recently renovated state-of-the-art facilities are designed to cater to the needs of business meetings, small and large weddings and a variety of social celebrations.
The Newport Beachside Hotel and Resort features 10 meeting or event rooms, totaling nearly 15,000 square feet, to meet the demands of today's special event and meeting planners. Two more intimate function rooms and a fully equipped, boardroom helps to accommodate smaller group events.
Truly a room with a view, the new 4,600 square foot Atlantis Ballroom boasts sweeping glass windows that reveal panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the historic fishing pier and white sand beaches. With distinctive South Florida décor, the Atlantis seats up to 500 guests and features state of the art sound and lighting equipment. A 2,300 sq. ft. mezzanine overlooking the water is the perfect space to welcome and entertain guests and visitors prior to the big event. The room features premium sound and lighting equipment, and an audio visual system boasting a 61 inch plasma screen television.
Known for infusing “the cure for boring food” into any social affair, Chef Michael Blum of Michael’s Kitchen will oversee all food and beverage catering at your next event to ensure every meal is truly memorable.
For easy entertaining, Chef Michael has created a signature line of creative food bars including a tapas bar and several buffet-style and plated dinner options for both small and large parties. To enhance one’s next themed event, sample spreads like O’Malley’s New England-Style Clam Bake, a seafood lover’s assortment of lobsters, clams, mussels, shrimp and kielbasa, creamed corn bread, fire-roasted vegetables, loaded baked potatoes and Boston Cream Pie, and the Napa Valley BBQ offering a selection of jumbo shrimp and free-range chicken on the BBQ, assorted grilled vegetables and chilled Southwest Yukon Gold potato salad.
A selection of executive breakfast, luncheon and meeting snacks like the Healthy Break and Seventh Inning Stretch are available to order. In addition, Chef Michael can customize special menus to meet the needs of your group including Kosher-style and vegetarian meals.
