We held a conference with 147 attendees. It was a huge success thanks to the amazingly attentive staff that over delivered on everything that they promised. They set up the event space ballroom beautifully, the food was outstanding, the service impeccable and what can I say about the perfectly pristine beachside location with a pier. Our attendees came from all over the country and the world to be here. By the time the event wrapped up, many were asking when we would be having our next event, right here at Newport Beachside. The all you can eat lobster dinner on Wednesday was a huge hit with attendees as well. From Lance, the first person I spoke to about planning the event, to Pamela, the head of food and beverage and Val, in charge of reservations, the professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Our attendees had no complaints about their rooms, and really enjoyed the hotel, pool, restaurants and beach. Highly recommend for your next event!

As president of the Greater North Miami Chamber of Commerce, please accept my congratulations on the outstanding performance of the staff of the Newport Beachside Resort. On Thursday, October 17, we held our annual meeting and installation dinner event at the Newport. Having attended many events at the hotel in the past, I have extensive experience with the hotel and arrived with a certain expectation. On this occasion, your staff exceeded my expectations on all accounts. From the moment I arrived at the hotel front door and was greeted by the valet, to the welcome and directions to the function room provided by the bellman, to the unprecedented service delivered by the banquet staff – I have never been more impressed. Every need and want was anticipated and delivered by a pleasant, smiling member of the staff. I was even pleasantly shocked by the efficiency of the valet staff in bringing my car back around at the end of the evening.
Again, congratulations on having built a team that is dedicated to outstanding customer service and making look forward to when I can return to the Newport again.
With all your new responsibilities, I know it’s hard to keep up with all the meetings and events going on at the Newport, but I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with everything for our Aventura Marketing Council Breakfast Meeting last week.
Starting with Tammy Malamud, who first took the meeting reservation, and then working with Pamela Presley to handle the details, our meeting went very smoothly. You know us by now..we’re all about the details..and Pamela saw to all those details beautifully, from our incredibly large head table to the panel table to the seating arrangement and registration tables.
The breakfast was lovely, professionally overseen by Banquet Manager Vladimir , and Lance Detotto was there at the beginning of the meeting to greet guests and welcome them to the Newport and there at the close of the meeting to wish them well on their day’s journey—he’s a beloved figure in our AMC and our members love seeing his friendly face and hearing about all the special offers at the hotel.
Thanks to Ben Launerts and his amazing team from Parksman Parking , including Tom from Parksman and Michelle from the hotel, our members experienced a whole new level of outstanding, efficient valet parking service. You were so smart to bring the Parksman team to Newport!

Thank you very much for hosting the HASE 2014 conference. The Newport Beachside Hotel did an excellent job in hosting the conference. You guys were simply great. I will keep you in mind if I am organizing another meeting.
Happy New Year! I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your hospitality and determination to ensure that our VI Annual Clients' Awards Gala was an absolute success.
I want to first recognize your tireless efforts to coordinate, plan, and access last minute additional resources for the success of the event. Furthermore, I want to humbly thank you for your patience, your compassionate encouragement, and your never settling nature...THANK YOU will never suffice.
Additionally, I would be remiss if I believed that you could do such a stressful job by yourself. So, allow me to point out the other diligent members that were a part of this "A Team". My first star would have to be Vladimir. Vladmir, just as you, went above and beyond in delivering exceptional quality and efficient service in customizing our event so that the gala was presented to our guests in the best possible manner (from personally fixing the projection screen to lighting over 100 candles for centerpieces.) Vladimir never said No to anything we asked. Between you and him, my level of stress for the day decreased by 75%.
As for the rest of the team, Marc has always been a favorite, as I personally requested his services for the event. He is professional and likeable. Conrad was phenomenal, particularly to the staff ( because of him, this is the first year that the staff was able to eat, even though it was after the event...thanks Conrad.) Peter, Rudy, and Z all added their touch and professionalism to this very important community event.
Overall, as a returning client, I rate my experience at Newport with this "A TEAM" a solid 10. I am forever grateful to the entire team (Even Abby and Tirrany for the moral support.) As a result of such an experience, I have chosen to host our VII Annual Clients' Awards Gala on Friday, December 18, 2015.
I look forward to another successful event with this outstanding team.
Thank you so much for partnering with me to make the Diamond Club event a huge success! It was great to see you, though, I was too busy to really get to catch up with you! Attached is the letter I am mailing to you, but wanted to thank you prior to snail mail getting the letter to you! I appreciated the extra touches of the ‘Cinderella’ chairs, silver satin cushions and chargers. Great recommendation on the food selections as well. Rave reviews all the way around! The weather even cooperated on day 2 & 3! Hope we can do business again in the future!
We were fortunate enough to celebrate my mom's 90th birthday. I can't begin to praise the efforts by the catering team in making this a successful event. We were able to hold the venue in the back of kitchen 305 and Jonathan was personally involved in making sure everything went without a hitch! Kudos to the entire team!!
Recently we had my parents 60th wedding anniversary at this hotel and I wanted to tell trip adviser my experience. The hotel put on a beautiful affair and my parents glowed with happiness all night. The room looked exquisite, the food delicious and it went off without a hitch. Working with the staff was a true pleasure and everyone couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Pamela is quite extraordinary, from the beginning she made us feel at home and guided us easily through the process. She was there from beginning to the end holding our proverbial hand and making sure everything went smoothly. She really knows her stuff. We also had rooms booked at the hotel and Michele at the front desk was amazing in handling our requests, especially after seeing how busy the hotel was. As busy as it was, check-in was a breeze and so was the check out. Everyone loved their stay there. The staff that worked with us during the set up and party were great, Vlad and his staff were truly caring and efficient and Vlad was so helpful and made our nerves disappear. I know they do these type of affairs all the time but my parents were so thrilled, it made their night one of magic.
